1. Digital Services
As we deal primarily in digital services such as website design, development, SEO, and other related work, please note that:

Once a service is started or delivered, no refund will be provided.

If you cancel a service before any work has started, a partial refund may be issued, depending on the resources already allocated.

Custom services are non-refundable as they are tailored to your unique requirements.
2. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds in case of:

Change of mind after placing the order

Delayed decision-making from the client’s end

Lack of proper communication from the client
3. Project Delays or Scope Changes
If a project is delayed due to client unresponsiveness or if the project scope is changed midway:

No refunds will be issued

4. Client Satisfaction Guarantee
We value your satisfaction and offer revisions within the agreed scope. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll work with you to resolve issues — but that does not entitle you to a full or partial refund.
